01 · Fulfillment

Pickup and local delivery

Pickup in Jacksonville is free. After your order is ready, Zach will contact you using the email or phone number supplied at checkout to coordinate a safe time and location.

$3 local delivery covers addresses within 8 driving miles of the confirmed pickup location. For addresses farther away, Local Layer Prints will contact you before production to arrange free pickup, offer a separate delivery quote, or refund the delivery charge.

02 · Timing

Made-to-order turnaround

Most standard catalog orders are ready within 3–5 business days. Large, multi-part, high-quantity, or custom projects may require additional time. Print failures and material availability can also affect timing; if a meaningful delay occurs, you will be contacted.

A needed-by date submitted with a custom request is a request, not a guaranteed deadline, until it is confirmed in writing.

03 · Returns

Replacements, returns, and cancellations

Because each item is made to order, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. If your item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery and include clear photos. Eligible issues will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible. A full cancellation is available before printing begins. Once material has been used or production has started, cancellation or refund availability depends on the work already completed. Custom design work may be non-refundable once approved.

Natural layer lines, seams, and small surface variations are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and are not defects.

04 · Privacy

How your information is used

Contact, fulfillment, and order information is used only to process your purchase, respond to a custom request, coordinate pickup or delivery, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Payments are handled by Stripe; Local Layer Prints does not receive or store your full card number.

Uploaded models and reference images are stored privately with the associated custom request and are available only through the password-protected order dashboard. Do not upload confidential files you are not authorized to share.

The site records limited first-party, cookie-free analytics such as page views, product views, add-to-cart actions, checkout starts, completed purchases, custom-request activity, referral source, and page path. These events do not intentionally include your name, email, address, file contents, or payment information.

05 · Terms

Ordering terms

You must have the right to reproduce any model, logo, character, image, or design you submit. Local Layer Prints may decline unsafe, illegal, infringing, or technically unsuitable requests.

Printed objects are not certified for food contact, medical use, life-safety use, high-temperature environments, or load-bearing applications unless explicitly agreed in writing. Colors shown on screens can vary from the finished material.

Placing an order confirms that the product choices, contact information, and fulfillment details you supplied are accurate and that you accept these policies.
